This includes soffit repair (one of the most common entry points for birds, bats, and squirrels), roof repair targeting damaged or missing materials that create access, crawlspace doors that are properly fitted and sealed to close off the entire understructure, and construction-level work for structures requiring more extensive intervention.

That said, structures change over time, and we recommend periodic checks, particularly after significant weather events or any construction or renovation work on your property.

Is exclusion worth it for a newer home?
