Since taking the reins of this well-loved community business on July 1, 2019—which was originally established in 1998—our mission has remained clear: to provide eco-friendly pest control services that protect our irreplaceable planet while ensuring a high-quality lifestyle for every home and business we serve.
Meet the Expert Exterminator Team
Our owner, Chad Highley, brings a diverse background to local pest management services. An Oklahoma University business graduate and the only independent Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) in Southwest Oklahoma, Chad has been in the industry since 2012.
He is a licensed Certified Applicator in both Oklahoma and Texas, with specialized expertise in:
- Termite treatment and prevention
- General pest inspections
- Commercial and residential fumigation
- Safe wildlife control or removal
- Right-of-way and public health treatments
- Ornamental and turf
Prior to finding his calling as a dedicated local exterminator, Chad served his community as a paramedic, sheriff’s deputy, and assisted living center manager.
